Key Responsibilities: $$·Understands customer needs, behaviours, motivational drivers and how they are influenced. Knows how to segment and target customers to align the development and execution of marketing initiatives $·Knowledge of AZ products, competitors, disease areas and industry environment $·Design, develop and implement appropriate approach to collect, assess and maintain information. Draws business-relevant conclusions from information $·Understands the inter-relationships of business drivers to make sound strategic decisions that build the sustainable competitive advantage of the product/brand or company $·Understands marketing principles, and applies them through the process involving analysis, positioning, planning marketing mix, budgeting and control $·Develops compelling and differentiated offerings that build distinctive and long-lasting brand desire in the minds of customers $·Ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders to change perception or obtain commitment $$Main Requirements: $·Bachelor degree in medical or medicine $·More than 2 years working experience in pharmaceutical company or related (Ideally 1 year as medical representative and 1 year with people responsibility) $·Good historic record of sales performance $·Some experience of product management (local marketing ) $·Proficient in oral and written communication (English) $·Good computer skills and MS office skills $·Sound presentation skills $·Be willing to travel frequently
